Terrible service

The most useless tracking company in SA. Buffalo please stop using these people. Rather change to Courier Guy. 5 days to deliver a parcel. Parcel out for delivery since 7.30am now 5pm and no sign of them. Call the customer service and get told they cannot get hold of the driver and they really hope that the parcel will arrive!!!! Next day now and still nothing, call center cut me off at 5pm yesterday
