TERRIBLE PRETORIA COURIER - DON'T TOUCH

They have had my parcel Z*** since Saturday. Today is Tuesday and it is Still Not out for Delivery. Staff in Operations said they will call me back - No Call Back from Operations. Does Anybody at the Pretoria Depot actually know what they are doing ???????
