Terrible overall service

The Bloemfontein division is terrible, pathetic and lacks decent client service. I am awaiting a parcel to be delivered. It went out for delivery on 14/12/2020, however it was not delivered and simply returned to the depot. Today it is our for delivery again. I am unable to reach any office (Bloemfontein, Cape Town and Johannesburg) for assistance. I logged an enquiry yesterday and I haven't had a response yet. I use the online customer services channel and I don't a get response today.
