Terrible Fast Way Service!!!

We send off a parcel 10 days ago to Cape Town, the depo in CT received it 8 days ago. The properly marked parcel stayed in the delivery van for 3 days and after that they lost it. Since then, NO service and no respond from Fast way. They aren't taking our calls anymore. It is theft in the company??
