Terrible experience trying to deal with this company

What a terrible experience trying to deal with this company. They have had my parcel now for two days onboard their courier vehicle but NO DE:IVERY. I've tried numerous times on different platforms to make contact but NO response.

If zero stars were possible that would be my choice.
