Terrible customer service/ total unprofessionalism

This company has no regard for customers and transparency in their communication. The service in Tswaing North West is rock bottom. Their drivers are rude and the company does not stick to their turnaround . Courier Guy, Takealot and now Epetstore should hold the accountable because its their partners. My parcel arrived in Vryburg on the 5th, got a sms that its being delivered on the 6th but no show up. Now I'm being told it will be delivered next Tuesday.
