Terrible customer service

They do not answer phones and the chat does not work either. They have had my parcel for a week. I call everyday, hold on for so long and when someone eventually answers they tell me my parcel will be out for delivery tomorow, it's been a week. I offered to collect but it's not ready! Ready for what exactly? They are a terrible courier company to deal with!
