Terrible customer service

I have been trying all day to get an idea of when my delivery will arrive. I have moved to another address that is 3km away from the previous one, and I have tried telephonically and on the whatsapp line to try to make arrangements to either get a time for the delivery or to reroute to the new address. I have been met with nothing but bad attitudes and sarcastic, repetitive messages on the whatsapp line and simply having the phone put down in my ear. I have never come across such rude customer service staff before.
