Terrible Customer Service – Avoid Fastway Couriers!

Fastway Couriers’ customer service is shockingly bad. While speaking to an agent named Sharon, I was repeatedly put on hold without permission, and when the line unmutes, I could hear her talking in the background — clearly avoiding the issue.

When I asked for her surname, she claimed it was “against the POPI Act”, which is completely false. The branch never rejoined the call, leaving my issue unresolved. Only a second agent tried to help, but the overall experience was unprofessional and frustrating.

Fastway needs to seriously improve its customer service. Avoid if you value respect and accountability.
