Terrible customer service

Terrible! Terrible! I had to phone them 9 times to find out were a parcel is that should have been here yesterday.. They keep on putting you trough to another person or or just don't answer the phones I even had a lady that greeted me then put the phone down as I was starting to speak the other lady takes all my details but NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU!
