Terrible customer service!!!!!

Been expecting a delievery for the past week. Today was the 'so-called' delivery day. I've been home all day, outdoora with my kids and no delivery. When Fastway was contacted, they claim the driver had been at my place but could not get a hold of me, which is utter nonsense because I hadn't received any calls or missed calls from Fastway. Also, being outside with my kids, no fastway appeared. When I had called again at 16:02, I was told the delivery guy had already for home. How is that even possible? I highly doubt this delivery guy was at my place. Terrible customer service. Will never use this company again!!!!
