Terrible Courier - none service

This Co has had my parcel in their bay for 5 days! They have promised delivery to the shipper, but It still has not been received! NA*** They told the shipper they couldn't deliver the one day because of riots in my street!!! I live in a up market area, Woolworths, Courier Guy and Aromax have delivered this past week. They ****. FIVE days my parcel has been left in their bay, why!? They should be called Slow way.
