Terrible Courier Company

Worst courier company ever, they don't contact you in advance when they deliver, when they contact you and say they are at your door 2 seconds then they leave, even when you tell them you are on your way from work they don't wait even a few min, They are not friendly at all. I wish Temu would stop using them and use The Courier Guy instead. I also contacted Fast way;s offices to ask about my parcel because i missed it due to diver that left they said they will contact the diver but never called me back so just comes to show.... they don't care about their customers. I did complain about them to Temu aswell they will look into it .
