Terrible

Terrible experience. Takes more than a week for delivery. I have to phone after drivers to schedule the delivery. After waiting more than an hour for an agent, she (Thandiwe) ends chat in mid conversation when I told her they must reschedule the delivery, it is not my responsibility.
