Terrible, Awful, Disappointing

I am not sure there is much to add. When I looked at the ratings, of the 3971 reviews submitted, 3276 are 1 star, with many of the 1 star reviews stating they wished the option for zero existed, it speaks volumes about their customer service, and indeed their ability to effectively deliver parcels.

What I loved is the message on their Tracking page. It says that they are prioritising their WhatsApp line. I was informed that the next available agent would be with me shortly. That was 3 hours ago...

Fastway Couriers? Rather run for the hills and choose any other courier service.
