Terrible and very disappointing customer service

Today I called fastaway couriers to get information about a package I wanted couriered, I was given false information after wasting my time and money to getting the goods to their offices. Only to be told you should have packaged it yourself. So what was the point of calling and asking for information?. The customer service and care is very terrible, these guys are still armatures and they have a lot to lean in this industry.
