TERRIBLE!!!

I have had a similar experience to other reviewers. They have had my package since the 17th of June. Whenever I phoned I would be put on hold and then cut off and when I did get to speak to someone they told me on two occasions that my parcel would arrive that afternoon and never did. It finally arrived this morning, with a hole in the side and is missing some of the parts!
