Temu Parcels have never taken so long

The absolute worse logistics company for Temu. I even write Temu an email and said never to use them again Definitely prefer Buffelo, My parcel has never taken so long to arrive. When you contact Fastway, they do not solve the problem. They say the parcel is on its way and then all of the sudden it's at customs... only back and forth. No customer service. Highly disappointed
