Temu order and fastway Couriers incompetence

This company Fastway Couriers is absolutely a horror to deal with. I ordered some items from Temu ( never again) I can't understand Firstly how they will ask you to pay customs and vat when the parcel hadn't even landed in the country. I paid it immediately upon receiving their.message ro pay. I tried call them more than 20 times since paying the customs and vat which was on the 15/10/25 to get an idea as to when my parcel.will be delivered. You go through the voice prompts amd wait and wait wait you hear those voice prompts do.at least 2 replays and then goes dead. I am yet to speak to an agent. They tracking tells me that my parcel will be delivered the 28th of October mind you I placed my order with Temu on the 12th it takes them q6bdays to deliver a package. Gid knows what came over me to deal with 2 rude and ruthless companies. I place an order with Shein on the same date. I received my package on the 17th and dis not have to pay vat and customs to boot. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM TEMU OR USE FASTWAY COURIERS NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
