Temu courier service Fastway Couriers

I ordered products from Temu. The experience with Temu was easy, and user friendly. Until it came to the point where the courier service has to deliver the goods. I work from home, and every time it reflects as out-for-delivery, I go into the office expecting it to arrive, as I gave my work address. Without fail, the parcel never gets delivered. Even though it says out-for +-delivery, the parcel never arrives, and apparently goes back to the pick-up area. This is the worst courier service I have ever experienced. This alone, will force me to not order from Temu again. Them using this unprofessional courier service, reflects in the service they provide to their customers. Very dissapointed.
