Temu and Fastway Couriers

My wife ordered some stuff from Temu. They use Fastway Couriers for their deliveries. In the morning she received a message that her parcel will be delivered today. It never arrived. Later she received a message saying that the parcel was returned to the depot because the courier couldn't locate her. This is a lie. She waited for them the whole day and no courier vehicle came close to our house. She makes use of other couriers regularly and they always find our address and even call her when they arrive. This was the first and last time that we made use of Temu. We can't complain about their service as such, but Fastway Couriers are really *******
