Tax and vat refund.

Fastway did me dirty, it's been 3 months now, they have been ignoring my concern since November 2024.they lost my package from Temu which I payed tax and vat for but then Temu reshipped my order, fastway wanted another payment for tax and vat again promising me to refund the lost one but until today no one is saying anything. May you rot in hell for ****ming customers.
