TARDY DELIVERIES

I receive a lot of items via courier and must say Fastway is the worst service. The parcels are constantly onboard the delivery vehicle as per the website but when it is supposed to be delivered, the person never ever delivers it on time and I have to keep following up. What kind of service is this? This is the only courier company that allows this kind of deliveries. I shouldn't have to constantly follow up to have the parcel delivered.
