Swearing at customers

I’m extremely furious with your delivery people! First, they hooted loudly outside my house while calling me and shouting as if they had been waiting for hours. I saw them stop, grabbed my keys, and immediately went outside. I told them not to hoot like that or scream at me — it’s completely unacceptable. One of them mouthed something at me and then swore at me. I am absolutely livid! This kind of behaviour is outrageous and I expect this to be addressed immediately!
