Super angry customer

oderrd something, of which the people that I ordered from used Fastway delivery as a mode to deliver my goods. The item was confirmed to be out for on the 28th of November. They **** and said they only deliver on Tuesdays in my area but still no communication from them. What a ****ty courier service
