stupid driver

i was expecting a delivery from Mr Price Home and they used Fastway to courier my package, i was in a work meeting at !pm and around 1:03 i received an email saying my package was delivered, no one called me to come collect the package, the driver gave my package to a stranger without reaching out to me to say they are on their way or are oustide. i contacted Mr Price home and they managed to get the name of the person who signed, a person i do not know and who doesnt not even live in our complex. I want the driver to pay for my stuff and i need this sorted ASAP because all drivers call before they deliver or when they are outside. i am beyond disgusted by this level of unprofessionalism.
