Stinking service

<p>First of all, i called around the 16th of May if my memroy serves me well and spoke to a lady by the name of Michelle, who promised to foolow up and give me a call back. My parcel has been at Pretoria Depot since the 16th Ref number: RA***</p> <p>Till today i never got a call back.</p> <p>When i called she told me that i need to log a query online so she can assist.I asked her why did she not inform me about that the day i called and she said she did not know then, which is understandable.</p> <p>What got me irritated is the fact that she did not see the need to apologise for not calling i mean its close to two weeks for not calling men as she promised and the fact that its close to two weeks waiting for my parcel..</p> <p>As if that is not enough she then dropped the call on my ear and that is over 2 hours ago, clearly she is not willing to assist and does not value her job that much!</p> <p> </p>
