Still waiting for my parcel

I ordered with Tanc Johannesburg, when I called Tanc I was told my parcel will be collected from Tanc on Monday 23rd August, I must expect delivery on Tuesday the 24th. Late on Tuesday when I enquired with Fastway Couruers, was told my area was the grey area which hey service only on Friday. I informed Tanc about this. Friday the 27th, still not received my parcel, till today.

No communication whatsoever from Fastway Couriers. I'm really not happy with the service.
