Still waiting for my parcel

I ordered a parcel on 19 June 2015 which was send to me through Fastway couriers. I still haven't received my parcel and there is no way to contact them to find out where it is except via an online query. I logged my query on the 26th of June 2015 and still haven't received any feedback. Do you even know where the parcel is??? I tried to log another query but their website won't allow me to as it say a query was already logged for my tracking no. Why can't you get back to me??? According to your online tracking it shows the parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 22nd already. I will surely think twice before purchasing anything from a company that uses Fastway as their couriers.
