Still no delivery

It's been 3 weeks waiting for my parcel to arrive,I had to call the courier after my parcel was returned to depot because the driver could not get hold of me and all this I got emails for,I got another email after I had called the company to change my contact details that they parcel was again returned,I then called the company once more,third attempt and this time i was told that the parcel is with the contractor and was put through to the contractor who told me that the parcel is with Khanya who I called and he confirmed to having my parcel ,a couple of minutes later he called to say that he had my name on the log but the parcel was not in his possession,he promised to track it and come back to me and never did and never answered calls after that until today,I called the courier on Friday to explain all this and the lady I spoke to said the company will track the parcel and get back to me and i am still waiting,no parcel no call nothing
