Stay far from fast way couriers

The most *********** organization. I mean literally everyone there is a buffoon. I signed up with them and paid 4k upfront. They lost some of my parcels , took more than 5 days at at time to deliver even withing a 20km radius from my business. I asked for a refund and I have been waiting close to 2 months. Last week Monday they were supposedly processing a refund. 7 days later I still don't have it. Don't ever use them guys . Their service is beyond infuriating
