Stay far away from Fastway Couriers wosrt service ever

This has been the worst courier experience I've ever had. My package arrived in Cape Town 4 days ago, only to be "delivered" to someone in Pietermaritzburg - a completely different province! I am in Cape Town. Someone in KZN signed for MY parcel. The communication breakdown is staggering: Phone calls go unanswered Chat support is completely ignored No proactive updates on the "delivery" I am now out of pocket for my purchase AND have wasted hours trying to resolve this. This isn't a minor delay - this is a fundamental failure of basic delivery logistics. A package cannot simply be rerouted to another province without explanation or accountability.
