Status Delivered: NO PARCEL

I have had yet again another issue with fastway.... This is not the first time I have had the following response from Fastway with a delivery : Delivered<br> <br> Unable to Deliver - We are currently unable to effect delivery.<br> <br> The last time this happened they claimed they tried to deliver my goods but the security wouldn't sign for them. Well stupidly they clearly thought I wouldn't ask for the CCTV footage at the guard house of the estate where I stay. Well they have done it again... I would love to know who runs the transport depot in johannesburg as it is clearly not reliable or trust worthy. My only worry is where are my parcels... Kind warning if purchasing stuff from online stores do not opt to use Fastway express...
