Social Media Manager for WHO?

Absolutely shocking customer service! Been trying to set up an account with them and when the person responding to their Facebook inbox said they forgot to CC me into an email, I asked if their service is always this terrible as another courier company got back to me immediately. The response was "SO why are you nto using them since you're bashing us?". I am absolutely disgusted by this. This is the worst form of customer service and PR.
