SO UNSATISFIED WITH FASTWAY!!!

It's been 7 days waiting for a parcel it's been in transit between jhb and brits for 3 days it was expected to be delivered today and when calling in I got the wost service and then was told it will arrive at my doorstep by tomorrow or the day after keep in mind this was the 4 time I've called in cause no one picks up the phone and I got redirected 2 times and when trying to get a same day delivery since I do have an account I was refused and call was ended I have 3 packages and witch all of them contain work related items I start working tomorrow now I need to explain why the parcels isn't here yet when it was Said to arrive today the 3 deferent lady's who helped me was utterly disrespectful and half of the time they were mumbling and I couldn't hear a thing even when offering to pay extra to receive the parcels today as they usually allow I was once again refused utterly disappointed and mad at fastway never have I ever encountered such a bad currier service, it's a shame really it is
