So dissapointing!!!

Useless service and no way of contacting them to find out what is going on. They drove past my front door 3 times without delivering my parcel which was en-route according to their "track my parcel". What a joke. Spoiled my daughter's surprise birthday party completely. I would NEVER order from any online shop if they offer to deliver with Fastway again. I'd rather pay more for my product if they offer a reliable courier.
