SNAILWAY fails to deliver for over a week!

I have been waiting for my delivery which reached Fastway sorting hub on 3 August, since then it has "delivered on the next scheduled delivery." no less than 6 times!! Now I understand that this is SNAILWAY but shocking service like this would NEVER happen with the Courier Guy!
