SNAILWay does not deliver when they say they will

Fastway advise you that your parcel is out on delivery, you still all day waiting for said delivery and then at 20:30 you are notified that they were unable to deliver citing no-one available to accept delivery. You go online to their chat to try and get some answers and this is all you get "Your parcel is currently onboard the courier vehicle and will be delivered today before 5pm." So people are expected to sit around for days on end will SNAILway drive around with your parcel and zero delivery. Sadly this is not the first, second, or even third time this has occurred but some suppliers still insist on making use of their lack of services.
