Snails faster than Fastway Couriers

<p>I have been waiting for a package for 3 weeks from Rivonia to Pretoria, paid twice already for something they never bothered to bring to Pretoria as they returned my package to the shop claiming that they had not found anyone to sign for the package, meanwhile there is a guard 24/7 at the gate and no one from their company called to advise they could not find anyone to sign for it.</p> <p>Package was first sent on 10 August 2016, on 15 August 2016 the lady from the shop sends an email that my package was returned, I paid again for the courier and it was sent again on 16 August 2016 and by 19 August I started following up with the courier company depot in Pretoria , spoke a very unhelpful consultant and an even worse manager. I contacted the shop and they put me in touch with this other guy who at first seemed like he might be able to help until I started realising that he is also lying to me, it is now the 23 rd of August , I have a function to attend on the 27 th and no outfit . I am told by the courier company I will get my package tomorrow 24 August however I find that very hard to believe as the tracking number I got this morning still says the package has not been scanned.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needles to say don't ever use Fast way couriers because everything put up on the website is just for show, they are not Fast at all.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
