Small businesses, please look for a better courier service

I’ve been waiting for a parcel for days now. Yesterday my parcel was out for delivery and I got an SMS confirming that my delivery is on its way. I stayed at home all day waiting for the parcel only to get an update at 7pm that my parcel was returned to the depot and will be delivered on the next schedule date. I didn’t get an SMS today about my delivery being on the way. I have used the WhatsApp line that they supposedly prioritise to track parcel and no response for the past few hours. I have been on the line waiting for a representative to take my call multiple times and no one takes the call, the line just cuts. When I get someone on the line they cut the call with no info of where my parcel is. I finally, on the 7th attempt found someone to speak to and they just gave me the number of the driver who had my parcel yesterday. He says he doesn’t have it today and he’ll see if he’ll get it later and call me back. Basically no one knows where my parcel is??

If you’re a small business please reconsider using fastway to courier your products to clients. I have decided to stop buying from a store because they use fastway as their couriers and I don’t want to deal with the poor service.
