SlowWrongWay Couriers and Salon 500

I ordered a parcel from Salon 500 and the parcel was collected last week Tuesday. The parcel was then misdirected to Welkom. "In transit" to Bloemfontein since the 6th of July. It is now the 10th and the parcel will only reach Bloemfontein apparently on the 12th.

Bloemfontein is a main centre and according to the policy parcels take 1-3 working days???????

They should consider changing their name to SlowWrongWay Couriers. Also Salon 500 using these people to deliver products should maybe reconsider as this reflects poorly on your service as well.
