SLOWways courier service-don’t use them

The name of the company should be Slowways!!!! Parcel left Durban for CPT last week and has been “onboard the courier van” for 4 days and still not arrived!!! Then you can have an “instant chat” which is as slow as their delivery service and waited 3 hours for a response to my question. Was told it would arrive yesterday between 4 and 5 and guess what, it never arrived!!! Pathetic service
