SLOWway or NOway. Disgusted!

Have had the worst service! Should change to SLOWway. They have had my parcel since 2 January and it STILL hasn’t been delivered. And I am in a main hub! Gutted as my daughter’s birthday items are in this parcel and it’s nowhere to be found!
