Slowway not fastway

I am getting a lot of deliveries from them. they will email stating PCL on the courier showing delivery. Then it does not get delivered. I phoned sorry it was left behind. To get them on a phone is a disaster my shortest holding time was over 8 minutes speak to them on WhatsApp and you wait 20inutes for someone to help you. I have all my proof if you need it. Really the worst courier company in South Africa
