SLOWway not fastway

parcel has been in transit since sat 5 July 2025 16.17pm and when i phone them they say WE DONT WORK OVER THE WEEKEND.. i asked than why do u say its in transit. no answer I ask to speak to a manager , they say going through than the call drops been waiting since 9 am for managers to call... CARMEN IS NOT THERE TO TAKE MY CALL NEIGHTER IS TYRON . oh the best thing is my parcel HASNT LEFT JOBURG YET BUT ITS BEEN IN TRANSIT TO DURBAN SINCE SAT
