slowway- no way

Ordered an item from SA Eyewear on the 1 January '16. They state on their website that delivery will take place within 72 hours. Given it's still holiday for most people, but it's now the 8 January '16 and I still haven't received my goods. I phoned Fastway cape town and was told the parcel will be delivered on 11 January '15! Waiting for the manager to call me, but I doubt it's going to happen today 8 January '16.
