2 weeks later and my parcel has still not reached from JHB to Kathu. Now it went to Bloemfontein first, then Upington and who knows where it is now??

JHB call centre can't give me answers. Bloemfontein gives me empty promises. FB Messenger consultants don't bother to answer. Email info - they will come back to me.

SLOWway couriers - you need to up your game!!

The Courier Guy can deliver overnight from Polokwane to Kathu - go look on the map - opposite sides of the country.

You take almost 2 weeks for 600 kms and still no parcel!?!?!

PATHETIC!!

You should not be allowed to operate with this zero level of service!!
