Slowway Couriers - holding my parcel ransom

my tracking started on 24 July 2020,

I have been calling since 27 July 2020 my parcel has not been delivered.

I even try calling operations team nobody is helping they claim someone gave me a call which no one did.

the parcel is not coming from overseas. this is day 6 after my parcel has been picked up.
