SlowWay couriers

I've been using this courier service for a while now, but I've finally had enough of them. Extremely slow and poor service. They have terrible customer service support, and they couldn't have cared less whenever I phoned to follow up on a deliveries that took extra long to be delivered. The cape town couriers are rude and not helpful at all. It is not at all surprising to see that their average rating is 1.8 out of 10.
