Booked a delivery from Fastway on 29/01/2019

Called the JHB depot every day from the 04/02/2019 asking for eta Either got cut off / promised a call back from the agent

Finally on spoke to a Service delivery manager about the non delivery She promised that she will get the item item delivered to me that day

as at 17:30 there was no delivery

@ 18H00 got a call from the driver to schedule the delivery.

I was already on transit at that point in time. Fastway consultant then promised to deliver the items to a new address on 13/02/2019 14/02/2019 called the service manager at the Durban office only to find out that he item is till in fast-way's possession.
